GYM OR NO GYM?
Good morning from the lake side. I'm confused about working out right now. For those who followed me for a while knows that I’ve been refusing the gym after an ugly incident; I had a man taking pictures of me in secret (it was horrible…).
Therefore I stopped going to the gym and started to go running and do yoga. Last week I had a free trial at a new gym and I realised how much I missed it! The body is loosing muscles more easily when we are older and I feel that after two years away from any weight training I’ve become weak. I would want to have a body that’s strong and toned rather than weak and soft.
The second part is that I will want to have a family at some point and a strong body helps to get back in shape after pregnancy. I think after writing this blogpost I know the answer. I will most likely enrol in the gym subscription. How do you think about training and gym? Are you a member of a gym or working out at all?
