Move forward with a new vision board
Today has been quite a slow Monday, maybe because we were out and about the whole weekend. I often feel full of energy but no, not today. When I’m unable to find my drive (happens very rarely) I usually think of my goals and my virtual vision board in my mind. I have really been sloppy lately with both goals, meditation and my vision board. And when I sat down just now and tried to think about my goals, I realized that I actually achieved most of them.
Surely very good but I often feel lost when I have don’t have any achievable goals in front of me. Hence, the simple solution is to simply renew them today, and restart the week tomorrow and spend the first half hour of the day reflecting over them. I'm going to set up 5 small goals and a big one for 2019.
